“This month’s cooking class we are heading to the Mediterranean with a class centered around Greek Food.
The class and recipes has been produced by Ali Elgarani who was born and raised in Morocco before moving to Quebec. Ali has worked at over 20 restaurants throughout his career and currently works The Bridge Bistro.
Ali has designed a menu filled with some Greek classics and also some modern twists on familiar dishes.
The menu will include:
Feta ‘Crete’ – Feta cheese flambeed in coffee & Sambuca
Tomato Salad (capers, kalamata olives, parsley)
Greek Yoghurt, caramel apple & Fennel crumble
The class will start at 6pm and run for 2 hrs. Then everyone will sit down to feast on the night’s achievements.
As usual the class will be $35 and will include the 2 hr class, the meal, a glass of wine and the recipes for the evening.
The class is limited to 10 people but guests can also join for the meal and a glass of wine after for $15.
