Island Lake Lodge – Winter Lunch and Dinner

image

Island Lake is one of my favourite spots for a special evening out with Rod, although it’s more expensive than anywhere else in town, when you taste the food and look around the room and out the windows, you are more than happy to pay up. I could sit at Island Lake Lodge for hours just staring out their windows and if I had a pad of paper and some ink pens I’d be even happier.

If you happen to be in Fernie and want a great night out, Island Lake is promoting their lunch and dinners. This is what their website says:

Enjoy a snowcat ride winding up through our old growth forest. Arriving at the lodge, you will be greeted with the stunning Lizard Range of the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop to your experience

It may seem as though this is an ad, it’s not. I just really enjoy going to Island Lake Lodge and love promoting it.
