“Wednesdays at 5:30 and 6:30pm

Join Bridgette Hemstead for weekly Tai Chi and Chi Kung practice at the Drop-In Centre! Classes are Wednesdays at 5:30 and 6:30pm for a cost of $5.00 (must have annual $15.00 Senior Centre membership to participate).

Tai Chi and Chi Kung are known as the “slowly but surely” martial art and are practiced for health and exercise. You will learn to increase focus, attention and body awareness while improving strength, flexibility and balance. Please wear comfortable clothing. Thin soled shoes suggested but not required. All abilities welcomed!”
