Opening day doesn’t mean much to my family other than the addition of another fun play area for the kids. The kid’s aerial park is a fantastic and shaded place to play for free all summer long.
We are also contemplating signing up the kids for a couple summer camp days. I’ve heard good things about the mini griz rangers.
These are the programs available:
• kids outdoor adventure camp for 6-12 year olds
• camp out at lost boys cafe for ages 8+
• bike camps for ages 8-17
• mini griz rangers program for ages 3-5

Vitality has started a new program for kids. It’s called Physical Literacy and it’s for 3-5 year olds on Wednesdays. In this 6 week program, Andrea Gibson guides the kids in building obstacle courses as a team and just having fun together. This is a new program, so they’re offering a low introductory price, just $7 for drop-in and $30 for the 6 weeks…but there are still 5 weeks left!
If you’re keen, parents can stay for a spin class for just $7!
