“Annex Suspended just got even better because we’re starting a sister company called Annex Collections, a place to purchase cool and creative wall art. Brina Schenk of Annex Suspended is selling her illustrations, paintings and digital art so we can offer a combination of beautiful art in various forms. We’re excited to work together and create beautiful pairings, which is how Annex Suspended began.

Mother's Day is only 3 weeks away! I've been packing up some of my classics and new cards for the special day for my upcoming markets. If you can't make it, you can get them online too. . . . . #mothersdayreminder #dontforget #marketcollective #etsymadeincanada #yycspringmarkets
I had the pleasure of vending back-to-back with Hop & Flop this past weekend at Market Collective. Jenny has a wide range of products from cards and cat colouring books to wrapping paper and hand painted magnets all featuring her brilliant illustrations. You should check her stuff out!
What I can’t say, I paint
January 4th, 7pm
“Some of the paintings focus on our voyeuristic urge, to watch, to judge without thinking for ourselves and a few others are more positive like being part of a supportive structure, being right in the middle of that drastic change we want to see.”Join Pru and ourselves at the opening this Thursday at 7pm to preview this thought-provoking exhibition.
“After many requests, I am putting out some tentative dates for painting workshops in my home studio.
They are full, one, or two day workshops which include all materials ( paints, brushes, canvas, easels, tables, palettes etc.) plus nibblies and a happy hour drink. 9:30 – 4:00 happy hour with a half hour break for lunch. $100/day
DATES : January 6th – one day
January 13/14 – 2 day
Feb. 10th – one day
The focus is fun, no fear, techniques to express your unique personal style and unleashing your creative flow through the process of painting. If there are enough people who are interested in a mid week date or a specific date, let me know and I will try to make it happen.”
